Cancelation Policy

All bookings reserve your place.

With the new restricted access requirements and the reduction in lesson availability we have to apply the following policies to prevent repeated cancelations.

To get the best from your training a regular pattern is very important. These policies will help to ensure that you aren't prevented from booking your lessons due to a repeat offender or "ghost" bookings.

1. All "No Shows" without adequate reasoning will forfeit the lesson fee.
2. 24 hours cancelation notice required.  
3. Lessons can be rescheduled where possible, within the same week without charge. S.T.A (12 hours notice required).

Please contact the studio directly for all of the above, as where possible we will work with you to rearrange your lesson and do our best to avoid any charges to you. We know things go wrong at times and so we reserve the right to waive or charge these fees.
